ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
General
We will ensure our expectations are clear with all paperwork completed for both internal
and external events
We will consult with our local licensing officer where needed
We will adjust our plan based on feedback from responsible authorities
The following documents will be stored for 1 year: - Incident, accident & near miss reports - First Aid Logs - Public liability from external hirers/suppliers, EHO ratings & risk assessments - Staff alcohol training records - Challenge 25 policy recordings - Staff training on fire & evacuation procedures
The prevention of crime and disorder
Staff directly involved in alcohol sales will be trained in the relation to the sale of alcohol
Training records will be kept & available to Police & Licensing Authority on request
CCTV to be operation
CCTV cameras to cover the main public areas & the immediate outside
CCTV to record for a minimum of 28 days
A sign will be displayed on all exits to the site ‘Please respect our neighbours & keep noise
to a minimum’
A secure drug amnesty box will be kept on site
There will be a responsible person on site for events that serve alcohol
Public Safety
We have a capacity limit of 360 within the inside based on our fire risk assessment over
the lodges, restaurant, shop & cafe & a 90 capacity in the outdoor areas (total 450) & staff
know how to monitor numbers
Fire exits are clearly marked, unobstructed and staff know the fire evacuation procedures
We have first aid kits readily available and staff are trained in basic first aid
We regularly review our Health & Safety risks, especially for things like slips, trips & falls
Our equipment, lighting and facilities are kept in safe working order
The prevention of public nuisance
Windows and doors will be kept closed during regulated entertainment except for ingress
and egress
We will display polite signs asking customers to leave quietly and respect neighbours
Outdoor spaces will be only be used at set times
We will schedule deliveries at reasonable times to avoid disturbance
We will use bins and clean up litter from the premises vicinity if needed
We will keep the local community up to date with any special events
The protection of children from harm
A challenge 25 policy will be implemented
We will require ID from anyone who looks under 25 as part of the challenge 25 policy
Staff will be trained on age verification procedures and how to handle refusals
Alcohol will not be placed in areas easily accessible to unsupervised children
