General
All staff are trained and equipped to carry out their duties safely as per government guidelines and laws and all licensing conditions
All staff are trained on food hygiene and allergy awareness course
The prevention of crime and disorder
We have 7 CCTV cameras installed in the premises covering all entry and exit points. Manager is trained to use CCTV equipment and is cloud based which can and will be used to help with crime prevention or investigation whenever requested by responsible authorities.
Public safety
We have all measures in place to protect our staff and customer/contractors visiting or working in the premises. All required fire safety equipment, fire blanket, fire extinguishers, fire exit signs, smoke alarms, carbon monoxide sensor, gas safety checks, electrical safety checks, all appliances are certified and inspected routinely including accident and incident report books
Liability insurance
The prevention of public nuisance
All customers and staff will be advised to leave quietly, clear and legible notices will be prominently be displayed to remind all customers ans staff
The protection of children from harm
Staff are trained to report anything suspicious to the relevant authorities and also make a report of any incident taking place in or outside the premises to help protect children from harm
