ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTANT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
General

Prevention of crime and disorder
1. There will be professional security (SIA Licenced) staff alongside a large team of trained volunteer marshals.
Public safety
1. There will be monitoring by staff/volunteers throughout the day to ensure that the number of attendees is not excessive.
2. Nearby parking permissions will be suspended if necessary, to avoid risks of nearby traffic movement.
3. There will be an up-to-date event management plan which will be made available to the responsible authorities upon request.
Prevention of public nuisance
1. Noise levels will be monitored and there will be restrictions on the decibel levels permitted for live or recorded music.
Protection of children from harm
1. An event office will be onsite at the event and full training will be provided for all marshals to ensure that they can oversee the safeguarding of children.
2. A qualified Safeguarding specialist will be onsite throughout the event.
3. There will be St Johns Ambulance and first aiders present throughout the event.
