ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
General
The prevention of crime and disorder
1. The premises shall install and maintain a comprehensive CCTV system. All entry and exit points will be covered enabling frontal identification of every person entering in any light condition. The CCTV system shall continually record whilst the premises is open for licensable activities and during all times when customers remain on the premises. All recordings shall be stored for a minimum period of 31 days with date and time stamping. Viewing of recordings shall be made available immediately upon the request of Police or authorised officer, subject to the requirements of Data Protection legislation.
2. A staff member can ensure the Premises Licence Holder can provide a Police or authorised council officer copies of recent CCTV images or data with the absolute minimum of delay, subject to the requirements of Data Protection legislation (GDPR rules). Copies of relevant CCTV will be released once a secure link has been provided by the relevant authority.
. An incident log shall be kept at the premises, and made available on request to an authorised officer of the Council or the Police, which will record the following: All crimes reported to the venue
. All ejections of patrons
. Any complaints received concerning crime and disorder
. Any incidents of disorder
. All seizures of drugs or offensive weapons any faults in the CCTV system
. Any refusal of the sale of alcohol
. Any visit by a relevant authority or emergency service
.
. Training records must be kept to record staff training and advice including the following areas: preventing underage sales of alcohol;
. preventing proxy sales of alcohol to underage persons; and
. preventing sales of alcohol to a person who is drunk
.
. All such books/records must be retained at the premises for at least 12 months and must be made available for inspection and copying by the Police and other officers of Responsible Authorities immediately upon request.
Public Safety
1. The Designated Premises Supervisor will ensure that lighting is provided outside the premises and in the car parks during the hours of darkness when any licensable activities take place on the premises.
2. The Designated Premises Supervisor will keep an incident book and record details of all instances of public disorder.
The prevention of public nuisance
1. A responsible person shall monitor the noise levels outside the building and implement any changes to reduce the noise levels in accordance with any request by an authorised officer of the Council immediately and ensure that volume is maintained at a reduced level.
2. The Designated Premises Supervisor will ensure that anyone causing a nuisance on the premises will be asked to leave the club voluntarily. Assistance will be sought from the Police if the person or persons refuse.
3. Deliveries and collections by vehicles will not take place between the hours of 23.00 and 07.00.
4. Bottles disposal and other potentially noisy waste disposal activities will not take place outside the premises between the hours of 23.00 and 07.00.
The protection of children from harm
1. The premises will operate a Challenge 25 age policy. The acceptable forms of identification will be those Government approved forms of ID.
