• ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

   

  1              The Licence holder shall make sure that any request by an authorised officer of the Council in relation to reducing noise levels is complied with.

  2              The Licence holder shall ensure that no amplified sound (including public announcements) in connection with the event continues beyond the permitted hours of the entertainment.

  3              The Licence holder shall make sure litter is regularly cleared from the vicinity of the premises.

  4          The Licence holder shall ensure that before any event involving the amplification of music and speech is held under the authorisation of this licence, that would continue after 20.00 hours, a noise assessment is submitted to the Environmental Protection team for consideration. The assessment shall follow the methodology and procedures outlined in the Code of practice on Environmental Control at Concerts.

  5          The Licence holder shall ensure that noise mitigating measures identified in the noise assessment shell be detailed in a suitable noise management plan which will also be submitted to the Environmental Protection Team prior to the holding of any events involving the amplification of sound after 20.00 hours
