• ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

  1              Any person carrying out a security activity, as defined by the Licensing Act 2003, must be licensed by the Security Industry authority (see section 21 of the Act).

   

• ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

   

  1              The Licence holder shall provide a means of two way communication to report incidents between the premises and the local police or CCTV monitoring centre.

  2              The Licence holder shall set Video/CCTV equipment to record from the time that the premises open to the public until the premises close and all members of the public have left.

  3              The Licence holder shall make sure that the premises have valid public liability insurance in force and that a copy of the schedule is available for inspection by an authorised officer on request.

  4              The Licence holder shall provide adequate and suitable (lidded) receptacles to receive and store refuse from the premises/site.

  5              The Licence holder shall ensure that monitoring tapes are retained for at least twenty eight days and are produced to an authorised officer on demand.

   

  Thursday        - a door supervisor must be present 01:00 to 03:00

  Friday                        - a door supervisor must be present 01:00 to 03:00

  Saturday         - a door supervisor must be present 01:00 to 03:00                           

  Christmas eve  - a door supervisor must be present 00:00 to 04:00

  New Years Eve - a door supervisor must be present 00:00 to 04:00
