SUPPLY OF ALCOHOL
1 No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -
At any time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises, or
At a time when the designated premises supervisors does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
2. Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
3. (1) The premises licence holder or club premises certificate holder shall ensure that an age verification policy applies to the premises in relation to the sale or supply of alcohol.
(2) The policy must require individuals who appear to the responsible person to be under 18 years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and a holographic mark.
General
1. The staff will be trained in all licensing objectives.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
1. CCTV will be installed internally and externally and all recordings will be kept for one month.
2. External lighting will be provided from dusk until dawn.
Public Safety
1. Fire doors are clearly marked and unrestricted and comply with fire safety controls
Prevention of Public Nuisance
1. The Licencsee will ensure that a rubbish bin is provided at entrance to shop.
2. The Licencsee will ensure that there will be ample car parking for customers
Protection of Children from harm
1. All staff will be trained in checking ages of customers for ID (driving licence, passport, or citizen card)
2. A refusal book will be kept to record details of customers who have been refused alcohol.
