  General Conditions

   

  The licensee will assess and manage all risks associated with the use of the ‘shared space’ by the use of an event application form.

  Appropriate public liability insurance for events will be required.

   

   

  The Prevention of crime and disorder

   

  The licence holder will ensure that the police are given at least two weeks notice of any events planned fro this premises / land.

   

  Prevention of Public Nuisance

   

  1.               There shall be no amplified music (including music in films and plays) for any description of regulated entertainment unless a written noise management plan, appropriate to the activity taking place, is submitted to and approved by the licensing authority.

   

  2.              The Volume of any description of musical or other recorded entertainment including films and plays shall be strictly controlled so that noise and vibration levels are non-intrusive at the boundaries of nearby properties
