ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
General
1. The premises licence holder will ensure that all staff on site will comply with current food safety regulations.
The prevention of crime and disorder
1. The premises licence holder shall ensure that the premises has secure locks on the front and back doors of the premises.
2. The licence holder shall ensure that an incident log will be maintained at the premises to record all incidents. The entry for each incident will be entered into the register within one hour of the incident taking place and will show the date, time and a description of the incident.
Each entry will be kept in the register for a minimum of 12 months and must be made available for inspection by an authorised officer of the local authority or an authorised member of Suffolk Constabulary immediately upon request.
3. The premises Licence holder shall install and maintain a comprehensive CCTV system. CCTV will cover all public areas where licensable activities take place, including entry and exit points.
The CCTV system shall continually record whilst the premises is open for licensable activities and when customers remain on the premises and for a period of two hours afterwards.
All recordings shall be stored for a minimum period of 30 days with date and time stamping. Recordings shall be made available immediately upon the request of Police or an Authorised Officer.
A staff member who is able to operate the system shall be on the premises at all times when the premises are open to the public.
This staff member will be able to show recordings to Police or an Authorised Officer with minimum delay when requested and be able to download video onto a disc or memory stick,
which can be played back on a computer or other digital retrieval system, within 24 hours of a request for download. The CCTV system will be regularly checked to ensure that it is functioning correctly
4. The premises licence holder shall ensue that all money is secured in the managers office at night.
5. The premises licence holder shall ensure that intruder alarms are installed and maintained in full working order.
Public Safety
1. The premises licence holder shall ensure that there is adequate lighting around the exterior of the premises.
2. The premises licence will ensure that the staff on site are suitably trained in First Aid to current industry standards.
3. The premises licence holder shall ensure that there will be suitable signage for escape route and emergency lighting in place and maintained.
The prevention of public nuisance
1. The premises licence holder shall ensure that the noise from the premises equipment and customers will be kept to a minimum to avoid a disturbance to nearby residents.
2. The premises licence holder shall ensure that all deliveries to the premises will be made during normal working hours/ daytime hours.
3. The premises licence holder shall ensure that there will be regular litter collections and bins emptied to avoid overflow.
4. The premises licence holder shall ensure that they control noxious odours from cooking from the premises.
