  General Conditions

   

  Crime and Disorder

  The Licensee will communicate promptly with the Police whenever a customer’s behaviour or actions gives cause for concern.

   

  Public Safety

  The Licensee will ensure that fire-fighting equipment is provided in the licensed premises in accordance with any risk assessment and that staff will be suitably trained in their use.

   

  Prevention of Public Nuisance

  1         The Licensee will carry out regular checks inside/outside the premises and clear any litter.

  2         The Licensee will ensure that adequate waste bins are provided, and emptied on a regular basis.

   

  Protection of Children from Harm

  The Licensee will ensure that children are accompanied at all times by an adult while they are on the premises.
