The performance of live music outdoors, the playing of recorded music outdoors and the performance of any other description of regulated entertainment outdoors that includes the amplification of music or speech shall take place on no more than 5 occasions in any one calendar year. On such occasions any amplification of music or speech shall finish no later than 21:00 hours.
1) Where a premises licence authorises the exhibition of films, the licence must include a condition requiring the admission of children to the exhibition of any film to be restricted in accordance with this section -
2) Where the film classification body is specified in the licence, unless subsection (3)(b) applies, admission of children must be restricted in accordance with any recommendation made by that body.
3) Where -
) the film classification body is not specified in the licence, or
) the relevant licensing authority has notified the holder of the licence that this subsection applies to the film in question, admission of children must be restricted in accordance with any recommendation made by that licensing authority.
4) In this section -
“children” means persons aged under 18; and
“film classification body” means the person or persons designated as the authority under section 4 of the Video Recordings Act 1984 (c.39) (authority to determine suitability of video works for classification).
1 The Licensee will ensure that at least one notice is displayed reminding hall users to take reasonable precautions against theft from vehicles.
2 The Licensee will ensure that health & safety and electrical audits are carried out as per regulatory requirements and/or manufacturer’s recommendations.
3 The volume of any amplification system used in connection with the performance of any description of regulated entertainment shall be controlled such that it is non-intrusive at the boundaries of nearby residential properties.
4 All windows and doors to those parts of the village hall used for the provision of regulated shall be kept closed after 22:00 hours, other than for access and egress, when there are performances of any description of regulated entertainment taking place.
5 The performance of live music outdoors, the playing of recorded music outdoors and the performance of any other description of regulated entertainment outdoors that includes the amplification of music or speech shall take place on no more than 5 occasions in any one calendar year. On such occasions any amplification of music or speech shall finish no later than 21:00 hours.
6 The Licensee will ensure that no equipment is provided by the trust for use by children.
