(1) The premises licence holder or club premises certificate holder shall ensure that an age verification policy applies to the premises in relation to the sale or supply of alcohol.\par (2) The policy must require individuals who appear to the responsible person to be under 18 years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and a holographic mark.\par \par \b 5.\b0 The responsible person shall ensure that-\par \pard\cbpat2\ltrpar (a) where any of the following alcoholic drinks is sold or supplied for consumption on the premises (other than alcoholic drinks sold or supplied having been made up in advance ready for sale or supply in a securely closed container) it is available to customers in the following measures-\par \pard\cbpat2\ltrpar\fi720 (i) beer or cider: \'bd pint;\par (ii) gin, rum, vodka or whisky: 25 ml or 35 ml; and\par (iii) still wine in a glass: 125 ml; and\par \pard\cbpat2\ltrpar\par (b) customers are made aware of the availability of these measures.\par \pard\ltrpar\cf0\lang2057\f1\fs16\par } "

  General Conditions

   

  The premises will be managed in accordance with Club rules.

   

  Crime and Disorder

   

  1         The Licensee will, at the discretion of the Club's committee, use door supervisors when required (usually only in Regatta week dances).

  2.  The Licensee will request that all members and guests leave the premises quietly.

  3.  The Licensee will ensure that any member behaving in a disorderly manner will be ejected   

       from the club and will be likely to receive suspension or expulsion from the club.

   

  Public Safety

  Prevention of Public Nuisance

   

  2         The volume of any amplification system used in conjunction with any description of regulated entertainment shall be controlled such that it is non-intrusive at the boundary of any nearby residential property.

   

  3         The number of events during which any description of regulated entertainment is to be provided outdoors shall not exceed 20 in any one calendar year.

   

  3.    The Licensee will request that all members and guests leave the premises quietly

   

  Protection of Children from Harm

   

  4         The Licensee will ensure that the Club’s child protection policy is implemented at all times.

  5         Children will not be permitted at the bar.
