Annex 2 - Conditions Consistent with the Operating Schedule
General Conditions
1. To be licensed for the Saturday and Sunday of one weekend in July or August each year; or other such Saturday or Sunday that might be agreed as the 'Felixstowe carnival' weekend.
2. The event will run in accordance with the Event Management Plan as agreed with the Responsible Authorities at least 28 days prior to the commencement of each event.

Prevention of Public Nuisance
1. At least 14 days prior to the annual Felixstowe Carnival weekend, the Licensee shall submit to the Environmental Protection Team a plan of the site layout, specifying the location of the performance stages, audience, lighting, generators and other associated plant. The site layout shall be approved by the Environmental Protection Team and only this layout shall be implemented.
2. At least 14 days prior to the annual Felixstowe Carnival weekend, the Licensee shall notify the Environmental Protection Team of the name and contact telephone number of a person, or persons responsible for noise control at and for the duration of the event. This person or persons shall be contactable for the duration of the event.
3. At least 14 days prior to the annual Felixstowe Carnival weekend, the Licensee shall inform local residents in the vicinity of the performance stage areas of the date and times of the performances, and provide contact details of someone responsible for the event over the two days it takes place.
4. The music level (any sound frequencies) at the performance stages shall be reduced if required, on request from an Officer of The Environmental Protection Team at Suffolk Coastal District Council and maintained at the reduced level.
