  1        Customers apparently under the influence of drugs or alcohol or whose behaviour is violent will be refused service and asked to leave the premises.

  2.    The police will be called if necessary.

   

  Public Safety

   

  2        Adequate staff will be present at the premises to ensure that it is evacuated safely in the event of an emergency.

   

  Prevention of Public Nuisance

   

  3        The Licensee will carry out regular checks inside/outside the premises and clear any litter.

  4        The Licensee will ensure that adequate waste bins are provided, and emptied on a regular basis.

  5        Steps will be taken to ensure that customers leave the premises quietly.

   

  Protection of children from harm

   

  6        The Licensee will ensure that any person who is smoking on the premises when children are present will be asked to smoke outside.
