Annex 2 - Conditions Consistent with the Operating Schedule
General Conditions
1 The Licensee will ensure that the maximum permitted number of persons on within the front court will not exceed 20.
Crime and Disorder
2 The Licensee will ensure that the premises is adequately supervised at all times it is open to the general public: either personally or by a manager or fully trained member(s) of staff.
3 No consumption of alcohol will be permitted on the premises.
3. The Licensee will ensure that any disorderly customer is refused service
and required to leave the premises.
Public Safety
4 The Licensee will implement a ‘No Smoking No Alcohol’ policy at the premises and provide the appropriate ‘No Smoking No Alcohol’ signage around the licensed premises.
2. The Licensee will ensure that all exits and escape routes are clearly identified, kept free from obstruction and available for immediate use in the event of an emergency during licensable activities.
3. The Licensee will ensure that the following systems are maintained and inspected by a suitably qualified professional person in accordance with the appropriate British Standard an at intervals recommended in national guidance, and will keep the records of such inspections available for inspection by authorised officers on request:

4. The front court floor surface will be kept non-slip in order to prevent accidents.
Prevention of Public Nuisance
1 The Licensee will ensure that adequate steps are in place (e.g. signage and/or sufficient staff on site) to ensure that customers leave the premises quietly after the hours of 21:00hrs.
2. The Licensee will ensure that the premises is maintained in a safe and well-lit condition.
3. The Licensee will ensure that the premises is adequately ventilated to ensure that strong odours or smells do no emanate from the premises.
Protection of children from harm
1. The Licensee will ensure that children under the age of 12 are accompanied at all times by an adult while they are on the premises.
